A colleague brought me this from Portugal. I’ve already tried piri-piri oil in the past but this one is very hot. I put some in my pastas for lunch mixed with olive oil, and it was hot hot hot!!! But, I know it perfectly fits with chicken. TIP : put some in a bowl and brush the roasted skin of the chicken you’re having. It gives a nice kick to the dish, and is great with roasted skin.
